Pros
There is a lot of opportunities to learn new things and start a career since you are expected to perform immediately. Middle management is excellent and tactical level individuals can be easy to work with.
Cons
The culture has completely disintegrated within the last two years. What used to be a fun, cooperative working environment has turned into a political battle ground full of power grabs. Executive leadership makes rash decisions that lead to delays and has caused riffs between functional groups. When people leave they do not hire to fill the positions and you are expected to pick up their work. Executive leadership is out of touch and when questioned about attrition issues they deny that it is a problem and throw temper tantrums about why they haven't left. Pay is uncompetitive and annual compensation reviews are constantly skipped even when our financial targets are hit.
