      My team is very smart and efficient. Work on cutting edge servo and other disk-drive technologies and ship a lot of products.

      Cons

      The company is undergoing a lot of market stress and there is less demand for consumer storage, moving more towards datacenters. Other teams are far less efficient than mine.
