Executive leadership is a disaster. The CEO is especially bad. He is continuously self congratulatory talking about how great he is and how wonderful things are. He is out of touch with the teams and has no concept of what direction technology is or should be going. Engineering leadership is awful as well. The head of Flash Engineering is super arrogant and has no clue about software technology or how to build solution. You can also not believe anything he says.,
