      Pros

      Go get it and do it attitude is the most obvious culture. No lack of work at any given time. Company has seen some very good years in the recent past.

      Cons

      Constant changes: projects get added, project get cancelled, organization get changed every few months, few weeks, few days. Mediocre engineering caliber but most are doers.
