      no pros , its full of cons

      Cons

      during critical phase, management asked to work on saturdays without any comp off, no planned leaves, no wfh option, longer duration of work that can affect health mentally and physically, no respect for work done, getting calls during sick leaves, manager/team lead calls anytime at morning/night/saturdays/sundays. forced to work on saturdays.

      - Despite its strong position, the company does trim headcount for the sake of efficiency - Work ethic seems complacent, but is offset by company's strong financial standing - Management can be cut-throat, but strong performers usually do well - Salaries are below market rate
