Pros

Decent benefits, lots of paid time off

Cons

Low pay, a manager that forgets he's the manager and will tell the whole shop everything you tell him. Including medical issues, can't be trusted or believed, talks very poorly about his people to whe ever will listen.

Great product. Family first type of company

Cons

Not same company started working for. Seems to be a lot of discourse and unhappy people throughout different departments. Not being addressed. Turnover rate starting to climb.
