Benefits are not great not guaranteed hours

Hours and wages are okay. Guaranteed work

I'm professional office staff. HR is a joke and they don't seem to care. No privacy between management, higher up and employee's higher-ups and management discusses personal issues with other favorite drivers. You have the head mechanic who throws temper tantrums. Yells and screams at people breaks things. Does personal? Mechanic favors to non family or employees, while on the clock, make an extra money, shows up to work high as a kite. And when things are said to h r or management, nothing is ever done.That is not a safe environment.And I would never allow my kids to ride with this company when management has a favorite drivers, they can do whatever without getting written up by others.Make everyday mistakes and they get and they get wrote up you can damage a bus.Continue your run and not say anything to the office with no repercussions.Yet you do the right thing.If you make a mistake like hit something or back into something or go off road.Yet you're the one that get wrote but not the one that hits things, and then continues the route and decides to say something later on. Higher management and HR have been aware of drivers falling asleep. They do absolutely nothing. And then that driver falls asleep and runs into the back of a bus that is full of kids on both buses. Mechanic is high as a kite. They are aware of the hostile environment. They do nothing for the morale. This company needs a complete office restructure
