      Wonderful pay and benefits. If you can make sure you report up through a longer term leader this is a great company to work for.

      Beginning to be populated with leadership that has no background in the business unit they are assigned to and no training is provided to them. Learn as you go mentality.

      Teamwork is great Functional team working together environment A lots of Project to work on

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what each is doing. Which creates issues and infighting within the team functions. Long hours due to on call rotation.
