No collaboration between departments, inapt management, no idea how to support staff & create efficient work practices, unrealistic targets & no clue how to support staff morale / personal health, people have personal time for a reason & it's fround upon, very high turnover due to lack of formal training, mentoring & support to get the high workload completed. It affects your health & mental state
