Pros
This is my first job, I have to say I have learned excel and SQL skills from this company which still quite useful even I was looking for my 3rd job now. The company is small so everyone know each other.
Cons
I have to say it's less strategy in this company, my line manager was keeping changing during a year, I had 3 different line managers within 1 year. I can't see the future of my position so that's why I decided to move on to another company. The turn over in this company is high I think
