Pros
Even though the Cons outweigh the Pros here, this is a great company to work for. Great benefits and they hire within. So there is great opportunity here.
Cons
Lack of training: I made sure I asked many questions, but was mostly ignored because the "Co-Workers" were to intent on hitting high numbers. For example, the Co-Worker would not show me the steps on how to do something, Instead they did it themselves despite my questions. Very high turn-over: Give someone a chance instead of dumping them after a month. From what I've heard, they are still trying to fill in for people who weren't given enough time. Here's a thought, keep one person and train him. The issue would of been solved by now. I certainly know that I would have been a great asset, especially having 5+ years designing blueprints and wiring PLCs. I was led to believe that I was going to be kept and I "was doing great" only to be let go with no notice whatsoever. Beware of some of employees: They will throw you under the bus. One of the team leads is an IT and he will do anything to try to prove a point that he is better than you. I was let go right after the Site Manager said that I was "A very hard worker and had a great attitude at work". I could go on about some other stuff but I'd rather not.
