      Pros

      This company has good work culture and environment, seniors and leaders are supportive. There is no micromanagement from company but still some seniors feels joy in poking nose for every issue.Work life balance is synonym with WM. Internal job posting and growth is great if you are willing to be there for a long time.

      Cons

      The average pay is low, if you are a local of Indore then you can survive.

      Great place to work for, amazing benefits and very understanding supervisors!!!

      I honestly can't think of any good points about WM.

      Cons

      Lying management Low pay Lots of employees with nothing to do, then others doing all the work... great place for the lazy and unambitious Promotions based on tenure and apple polishing, not merit Out of touch c suite No ethics or integrity HR protects lying management at the expense of rank and file Lying management, again
