      Pros

      You get paid and there are benefits. That's it. That's the only positive thing.

      Cons

      10 managers between you and the CEO means a lot of people who contribute nothing but attending meetings take a cut from the profits that come from your work. Horribly mismanaged company Most employees are miserable Company literally made an app available for employees to get payday loans Managers are promoted based on how long they can stay and put up with the lies and bs, so the most spiritually broken individuals rise to the top. Jobs are being outsourced to India as fast as they can manage to do so. They slow pay expenses, so you are basically sponsoring your employment.
