Pros

The benefits, getting paid weekly and I am lucky to have a good DM.

Cons

Customer service stinks especially internally. Training or the release of information is nonexistent. It's like being back in high school. Unless you are in the popular click forget about getting ahead. It's typical corporate America the managers keep getting richer but the worker bees get nothing but more work. You have managers that won't fix the equipment in order to pad their bonus check by keeping maintenance costs down. They spend money on the stupidest crap only to figure out that maybe they should of done some more research. If you have a problem with management you cAn forget it. Human Resources side with management. Women at the lower level are treated horribly . There are managers that pad their expense account. We have the worst internal and external customer service. They cater to the stockholders not employees. Years ago and I mean years this was a GREAT company but not anymore. If there is significant work that needs to be and it is sent out for bidding, there is one major contractor that gets the work because he is told what the other companies had bid.

Pros

to be honest no pros.

Cons

Working here was stressful, I was starting to deal with anxiety and panic attacks especially when dealing with my Supervisor who was awful since the moment he arrived. I'm one to always be respectful no matter what but at some point you loose respect and you can't allow anyone to disrespect doesn't matter if he's your boss. They fire the hard working people while keeping the ones that do more damage in the work place. Ones that could hurt other employees yet nothing was done while firing the good ones. The Manager that arrived before I was let go was even worst! I wasn't sure what I needed to let her know or not know because since day one when I communicated with her she just brushed me off and never got back to me about anything or she told me to take her off all the emails she was attached to. Then threaten me on an email if I didn't show up to work when I had requested a day off. I mean there's a lot more I can say about both of them. Now about HR... after I was let go I requested termination documents and personnel file in January I waited a month to do a follow up got the run arounds then I was told they were going to get back to me. I waited and did another follow up they ignored my email I did another follow up and got ignored again we are now in April still nothing.
