Performance Based - Rolloff Driver WM Employee Review

We are paid on our performance with things that are outside our control. For example: We had an hours worth of rain yesterday. We are experiencing 45 min to hour wait times in line at our landfill to dump our loads. That eats into our pay and is something that we cant control. It is a waste management landfill, eco-vista site out of Tontitown AR to be exact. If they were held to the same standard we are as drivers to perform they would all be fired. They are never prepared for weather. They are literally towing trucks in and out so they can dump their loads. This happens way too often. A driver should not be held accountable for their lack of preparation.
