Pros
Work only Monday through Friday, set schedules, and hard work. Opportunities within the company if you work in the correct division. Open door policies protect the employees.
Cons
Pay scale is low for some of the divisions; for easier work in the area I could make 25% more per hour. Smaller divisions have limited opportunities for growth. Encountered several managers that truly believe that micro-managing is the best method.
