Worse place to work for! - Sales Representative WM Employee Review

everything about the company is horrible...management doesn't care about the employees...they treat them like trash...theres no leadership all that matters is raping the customer on bs fees that are just to line the fat cats wallets and make their golfing trips that much better..the sales incentives are given to depts that have nothing to do with sales..employees dont receive any acknowledgment from management unless you're kissing ass and backstabbing...as a current employee i've witnessed racism an sexual deeds happening in the building and no actions were taken...5 yrs into the company having many positions not a chance to move up as i have been held down because of the way i look...horrible company to work for please don't waste your time..."undercover boss" was a joke doesn't show the real side of the company...i tell customers to go elsewhere and try to get business away from them
