Pros
This is a very ethical company. They do what they say they will do.
Cons
It is a large company that tends to get very departmentally siloed. I have seen a change in direction since 2011 that I feel is for the worst on the local level at least. There seems to be a large gap between what I hear from the senior leadership team and how it is actually implemented on the local level.
