      The benefits are good . Supervisor cares about employees. Overtime when available. Hearing tests. Flu shots. They care about your safety. Paid day off for birthday

      Underpaid. They pay new equipment operators more than current operators. Hire people off streets for operator positions instead of promoting in house trainees
