      Pros

      Great benefits, pay well, great people. Always trying to change to stay ahead of the times (eg. safety, equality, etc)

      Cons

      At times, too much revolved around 'budgets' and the annual PI's were hard to always justify. A little slow to roll out new policies at times, however, that being said, it is a huge company and nothing can happen overnight. Work, life balance can be difficult at times as well.
