Pros
Could get you into long-term projects.. that's about the only pro I can think of. tryinng hard to cme up with something but can't.
Cons
poor compensation, benefits, eat their own words, come up with varied reasons to cut your salary by a significant percentage even when what they are being paid by the client doesn't change.
