Good culture lack of progression and/or career development - CDR Customer Development WP Engine Employee Review

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your experience thus far at WP Engine. We're glad to hear you're enjoying our culture and the people you get to work with each day, as that's core to so much of what we do! In regards to career development, within Sales we offer a self-taught program we call "path to success", where employees have the chance to up skill asynchronously with support of their manager. We've recently made more investments in tools and bespoke training programs to ensure different topics and skillsets are being covered throughout the year. We also offer the chance to shadow colleagues to learn more about what skills you might need to move up within the organization over time. We're always looking for ways to improve these programs and offer even more opportunities for people to grow and develop skills at WP Engine. If you haven't already done so, we'd encourage you to speak with your manager so that you can share your experience and explore development programs already available to you. Additionally, your Employee Experience Business Partner is always available to learn more about your goals and aspirations and note your feedback on things we can do to support these efforts even more going forward.
