Pros

Lower level management, are mostly approachable. Other departments look to have a decent work/life balance.

Cons

- Very micro-managey, and only getting worse. - Pay is no where near market value, got a rise last year that was the 'one big market adjustment', that only brought us level with another company that was acquired by WPE. - Support are walked over, even though it's the majority of the workforce, and one of the main reasons why customers stay. - Very poor work life balance. - Upper management are clueless. - Used to have amazing benefits and perks. But most if not all non-industry standard have been taken away. - Getting in too many inexperienced contractors, that is causing a severe bottleneck in staff and any progression. - Often mislead or misinformed by management. - Could go on and on.

Pros

Lots of support from management. I always felt like I was heard. Plenty of support from my teammates. The CEO is an amazing person.

Cons

Customers only reach out because there are issues with their sites; causing them to be upset most of the time. Tough job if you are not used to remote work.

Pros

Remote. Great people. Decent benefits. Nice work/life balance.

Cons

Subpar pay. Lack of career growth and stability. Upper management and leadership are heavily disconnected from the core product. They want to "AI" their core platform just because everybody else is doing it but they have no clear direction / solution that makes sense. They sign contracts for services that they don't vet fully and cause headaches for tech support. They mask "reorgs" with surprise layoffs.
