Pros

Lots of 'perks', unlimited PTO at the time of this review. Bi-monthly pay, great health insurance options available.

Cons

At least in Sales, they don't really allow you to work remotely unless you're sick. Very toxic sales environment, as they are trying to go IPO, you are just another cog in the machine. A lot of cherry picking and favoritism.

Pros

Lots of support from management. I always felt like I was heard. Plenty of support from my teammates. The CEO is an amazing person.

Cons

Customers only reach out because there are issues with their sites; causing them to be upset most of the time. Tough job if you are not used to remote work.

Pros

Remote. Great people. Decent benefits. Nice work/life balance.

Cons

Subpar pay. Lack of career growth and stability. Upper management and leadership are heavily disconnected from the core product. They want to "AI" their core platform just because everybody else is doing it but they have no clear direction / solution that makes sense. They sign contracts for services that they don't vet fully and cause headaches for tech support. They mask "reorgs" with surprise layoffs.
