Pros

Fantastic colleagues, motivating leadership, managers that have your back, career growth opportunities, good work/life balance, opportunity to travel for work, competitive company benefits (pension, dental, health), lunch paid for 3 days a week. The best company I have ever worked for personally.

Cons

Growing pains that come with a company accelerating as quickly as ours in a very competitive landscape. E.g. some mis-hires in an effort to grow teams quickly, somewhat stricter processes for certain to day to day operations (nothing extreme).

Pros

Lots of support from management. I always felt like I was heard. Plenty of support from my teammates. The CEO is an amazing person.

Cons

Customers only reach out because there are issues with their sites; causing them to be upset most of the time. Tough job if you are not used to remote work.

Pros

Remote. Great people. Decent benefits. Nice work/life balance.

Cons

Subpar pay. Lack of career growth and stability. Upper management and leadership are heavily disconnected from the core product. They want to "AI" their core platform just because everybody else is doing it but they have no clear direction / solution that makes sense. They sign contracts for services that they don't vet fully and cause headaches for tech support. They mask "reorgs" with surprise layoffs.
