Benefits, culture, perks, team work, CEO, positive outlook, transparency, pto. This job can be very rewarding to your career it Has oppertunity for getting your foot into the door of a tech era that we live in.

Cons

Can be stressful but also rewarding, growing pains, definitely better when your single and flexible With your time.

Pros

Lots of support from management. I always felt like I was heard. Plenty of support from my teammates. The CEO is an amazing person.

Cons

Customers only reach out because there are issues with their sites; causing them to be upset most of the time. Tough job if you are not used to remote work.

Pros

Remote. Great people. Decent benefits. Nice work/life balance.

Cons

Subpar pay. Lack of career growth and stability. Upper management and leadership are heavily disconnected from the core product. They want to "AI" their core platform just because everybody else is doing it but they have no clear direction / solution that makes sense. They sign contracts for services that they don't vet fully and cause headaches for tech support. They mask "reorgs" with surprise layoffs.
