We are glad you enjoy our benefits and the people you work with, but are incredibly sorry to hear your overall experience has been less than positive. It is concerning that you experienced dismissiveness and lack of transparency, as we firmly believe supportive, inclusive leaders are key to everyone's success. In regards to pay, our Total Rewards Team launched a pay transparency program in 2023 to provide every employee increased insight into our compensation philosophy and structure, including where they were in the pay scale and where they could potentially go over time. We acknowledge the challenges our techs experience related to having time to absorb internal communications that provide them with cross functional context. We have initiatives underway to increase the amount of time our techs spend outside of queues and learning more about what is going on in the business. Pros

Lots of support from management. I always felt like I was heard. Plenty of support from my teammates. The CEO is an amazing person.

Cons

Customers only reach out because there are issues with their sites; causing them to be upset most of the time. Tough job if you are not used to remote work.

Remote. Great people. Decent benefits. Nice work/life balance.

Cons

Subpar pay. Lack of career growth and stability. Upper management and leadership are heavily disconnected from the core product. They want to "AI" their core platform just because everybody else is doing it but they have no clear direction / solution that makes sense. They sign contracts for services that they don't vet fully and cause headaches for tech support. They mask "reorgs" with surprise layoffs.
