Recently we've had to make big decisions in response to economic realities that impacted our strategic plan and our employees, and were transparent about why we restructured. Since then, we've been supporting those impacted with access to potential new opportunities inside WP Engine along with career coaching, job placement services, and transition financial support. We hope you'll find out 2024 Strategic Plan provides a clear and transparent outlook on our future and how we'll work together to get there, but we can never fully predict economic headwinds and will continue to do what we can to protect our people and customers.
