We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience thus far at WP Engine. While we're glad to hear you enjoy our benefits and wellness programs, we're very concerned to hear your experience related to performance expectations and leadership/team management. We're certainly aware that employees feel more pressure to hit quotas as we approach the end of the month and are currently reviewing our structure to better allow our Sales Team to meet their goals and feel supported. Your comment related to us asking employees for Glassdoor recommendations is incorrect. We do not solicit recommendations, rather we encourage employees to utilize Glassdoor to share feedback regarding their experience, whether positive or constructive. Soliciting positive reviews is antithetical to our Core Values, would prevent us from being able to address concerns, and would hinder our ability to create the best experience for our employees. If you're comfortable doing so, we'd encourage you to reach out to your EE Business Partner to share this feedback and any other thoughts you have, as we take things like this very seriously and would like the opportunity to hear more and do what we can to make it right.
