Pros

Fully remote working, competitive salary, good working life balance, great colleagues, management is really good. You can get to work with some cool technologies and learn a lot. Diversity and Inclusion is an important part of the company culture. The company is growing and seems to have a great vision for the future and have some smart people working under Heather.

Cons

Not much budget these days for travel, events, swag as the company is focused on making a profit. Very rare that you get a bonus, and if you do, they aren't big bonuses like some companies give. The last few years there haven't been big salary increases yearly either.

Pros

Lots of support from management. I always felt like I was heard. Plenty of support from my teammates. The CEO is an amazing person.

Cons

Customers only reach out because there are issues with their sites; causing them to be upset most of the time. Tough job if you are not used to remote work.

Pros

Remote. Great people. Decent benefits. Nice work/life balance.

Cons

Subpar pay. Lack of career growth and stability. Upper management and leadership are heavily disconnected from the core product. They want to "AI" their core platform just because everybody else is doing it but they have no clear direction / solution that makes sense. They sign contracts for services that they don't vet fully and cause headaches for tech support. They mask "reorgs" with surprise layoffs.
