Working here has been one of the best career decisions I’ve made. From day one, I’ve felt encouraged to take on new challenges, develop my skills, and grow both professionally and personally. The leadership team genuinely invests in employees’ success — through mentorship, training opportunities, and clear pathways for advancement. What I appreciate most is the collaborative environment. Everyone is open to sharing knowledge, celebrating wins, and supporting each other when things get tough. It’s a place where your contributions are noticed, and your career goals are taken seriously. Because of this, I’ve been able to achieve meaningful career growth and expand into new responsibilities that I wouldn’t have imagined a few years ago. I also enjoy the positive culture, where work-life balance is respected and new ideas are welcomed. Pros

Lots of support from management. I always felt like I was heard. Plenty of support from my teammates. The CEO is an amazing person.

Cons

Customers only reach out because there are issues with their sites; causing them to be upset most of the time. Tough job if you are not used to remote work.

Pros

Remote. Great people. Decent benefits. Nice work/life balance.

Cons

Subpar pay. Lack of career growth and stability. Upper management and leadership are heavily disconnected from the core product. They want to "AI" their core platform just because everybody else is doing it but they have no clear direction / solution that makes sense. They sign contracts for services that they don't vet fully and cause headaches for tech support. They mask "reorgs" with surprise layoffs.
