      Benefits, Commute, Tenants, Sick Vacation Pay

      Cons

      Managers lie and creates unnecessary confusion in the work place. Policy is not valued. Discrimination methods. Managers have turned co workers against each other. They get off the most holding your feet to the fire, conducting in a tyrannical manner.

      Pros

      Residents are super friendly and understanding that there is no help for maintenance

      Cons

      management only cares about how to charge more money to the residents and not the upkeep of the building or the "luxury" they are selling.
