      Overall it’s not a bad company to work for. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Pay could definitely be better for what they expect out of employees. I’ve seen some favoritism with in management. They also tend to cheap out with improvements and materials.

      Pros

      Residents are super friendly and understanding that there is no help for maintenance

      Cons

      management only cares about how to charge more money to the residents and not the upkeep of the building or the "luxury" they are selling.
