Pros
You will get paid and more than likely the entire company will not be going away. Do really look at what line of business you are in before accepting a position though.
Cons
Where to start...While the trend on glassdoor shows things getting better that has to be padding done by HR/Marketing. A lot more managers and above have started to desert. This leave even less direction than before. If you don't keep your head down it is likely to be the target. The company can claim to be ethical but keeping an CYA folder at work and at home is important.
