Could have been better - Personal Banker WSFS Financial Employee Review

-The Managers despise each other -Very little room for serious advancement -Incentive program is awful- penalizes bankers for having a good quarter -Bankers are expected to show up 15 minutes early and leave 15 minutes late and are not compensated for this. They claim this happens everywhere (which is far from true)
