Pros
This company had a great family culture. The associates are very friendly and conversational. Since it is a smaller and locally based on the East Coast, are very supportive of small business owners.
Cons
Upward mobility is uncommon unless you put in 10+ years into the organization. The organization does not give a clear understand on how to get promoted within the company. The associate rating system is said to not be a "grading system" but it used by management to grade employees and they will not provide you with a high rating because they want to leave room for "improvement".
