Pros
very well benefits, average pay, team oriented, room for growth as an employee. along with many other benefits you name it, they probably have it. they are very understanding when personal life just happens. mental health is important to them and their employees. very geared towards helping each other, the community you work in and of course the customers.
Cons
can be an overload of work for some people. very type A type job. it can be hard and defeating as you do have to make goals and if the "market" isn't doing well there is a chance you're not going to "get that loan" that you are supposed to get each month. depending on the team you work with and which branch you are in you may have a easier time or even harder time reaching those goals you have to make each month. it also depends on if your branch manager and assistant branch manager give you that helping hand if you are new and fresh into the banker world it can be hard if you ask questions constantly and you do not receive the help and assistance you need to succeed.
