Pros
Very can-do culture from everyone who works there. Very helpful and supportive. The building in London is excellent and has some fantastic amenities! The views are to die for the higher you go up in the building! Great salaries, great benefits, and a lot of transparency from senior management (at least in my opinion). Personally, I work with a fantastic team and I love working here!
Cons
Meeting rooms. Or should I say, lack of meeting rooms. I think the floors should have better facilities in terms of internal meeting rooms or breakout areas for internal catch ups and specific areas for conference calls. This is very frustrating as we're unable to hold client meetings when required. It's embarrassing when you have to adapt to a meeting room schedule to hold a meeting rather than having a room available at the time you require. I've seen this at other firms but never this bad.
