DM's pay special attention to certain branches that produce, and pay no attention to underperforming branches. Management in the branch I worked at was lazy, never came in, or left early all the time. Leaving the rest of us to deal with angry clients who had been promised information from the manager. We were constantly yelled at by people. Can not go to HR due to possible retaliation or managers "ganging up" on them. DM will protect the managers before they will protect the little guys who actually make time to be in the office and sweep it under the rug when you do let them know about a situation about what is going on in the branch.
On top of low wages, and serious lack of training for employees.
