Pros

Some branches have supportive staff and managers. They’re mostly professional and kind. The company is client based and most of the time, they’re very supportive and centered around the personal relationship with their clients.

Cons

Rules are 100% not enforced equally. If you’re not your manager’s favorite, small or petty rules that are usually “bent” by other employees are only enforced on you, and it’s usually a huge deal compared to how the situation actually is. I put a longer than average notice of resignation in, and on my last day of employment I showed up and they told me they’re “letting me go”, then proceeded to tell other employees and management that I was “let go”. The company is definitely profit driven, which is a given for any company that isn’t non profit, but it goes to the point of reprimanding employees when potential clients choose not to go with the company. Also, they shorted my time card almost a whole day of pay. This also happened with another former employee. Again, if you’re not their favorite, you’re most likely going to get the the short end of the stick on most things. In my experience, management is pretty fake.

I am sorry to hear your thoughts on how rules are applied, that is not our policy and does not live up to our "be nice" expectation. Please come see me or call me to discuss your perspective. Thank you

Pros

Primarily remote work. Decent PTO after the 4th year.

Cons

Limited staffing and limiting overtime opportunities until the bitter end of potentially missing deadlines, which you are guilted into working. 2% "raise" every January and ZERO merit raises. Gutted profit sharing and profitability bonuses over time. Most recent bonus, which is tied to net profit after dividends, was given a result when the scale was never published. All previous bonuses had a floor-to-ceiling profit scale that showed the targets months in advance of the end of the bonus period.
