Pros
Great health, dental, and vision. Really good 401k plan! Love that I actually have sick time! It's honestly the best job I've had. It's challenging, I'm constantly learning, and I have fun with my job. My job as a teller is a fun one because I'm a float teller so I get to meet a lot of my colleagues from other branches! Also I like that my managers care about you as a person in general not just as an employee. I would also like to say our new CEO has made a huge impact on all of us in such an amazing way I look forward to a long career at Washington Federal.
Cons
Very far and few between is there office drama but it usually gets resolved quickly.
