Pros

As a CSR it was one of the easiest jobs ever. Very few duties, just about no one comes in the door so there is little customer interaction. If you wan't a chill, easy going atmosphere and don't care about pay, this is for you. They offer many advancement opportunities available within company, but they don't pay much. The employee benefits offered are pretty good and competitive.

Cons

The pay is terrible. This bank tries to appeal to very conservative people and is equally so when it comes to paying its employees. Unless you are in management or corporate(which I doubt pays that much with this company) you are only going to get between 10-14 an hour for various branch positions. No commission paid for lending so no incentive there either. Another major Con is that the bank is extremely outdated with its products. You will have a hard time recommending this bank to even your family as they don't offer much of anything besides home loans. People you will work with are generally ultra conservative and will let that be known.

Pros

Primarily remote work. Decent PTO after the 4th year.

Cons

Limited staffing and limiting overtime opportunities until the bitter end of potentially missing deadlines, which you are guilted into working. 2% "raise" every January and ZERO merit raises. Gutted profit sharing and profitability bonuses over time. Most recent bonus, which is tied to net profit after dividends, was given a result when the scale was never published. All previous bonuses had a floor-to-ceiling profit scale that showed the targets months in advance of the end of the bonus period.
