Pros
Very laid back environment, a good job for independent employees who like to work at their own speed.
Cons
Deceiving on opportunities for advancement Management really plays favorites Very high school like environment Open positions are not open to all the staff, management just moves people they like into open positions without allowing other individuals to even apply. I was initially told that I could make up to $2500 a quarter in bonus on top of my hourly rate. I was not told that once I had completed my 3 months through a temp agency I would have to be officially hired on and go a minimum of another 3 months before I would even be eligible for it, and that would only be if I was moved up to level 2 at the end of that three months, which was not a gauruntee. I was told once I was promoted to a level two that I would make $20 an hour, and when I finally was promoted it was only $18 an hour. There is no coaching, little to no training, and if management gives feedback it is almost exclusively negative.
