Pros

Accrue vacation faster than at competitors, decent health package. 401k matching program and stock options are great! Executive Management has great vision for the future.

Cons

In branch work culture is toxic. Branch Manager is dishonest, negligent, does not contribute to team success, and has been driving down client care and team morale since joining the branch about 2 1/2 years ago. Spends most of the day ignoring the clients while taking care of personal matters/shopping online, then consistently leaves early, leaving the rest of the team to run the branch. Upper management has tried to implement several programs to improve diversity, inclusion, and communication between manager and associates, however, Local/middle management has demonstrated a complete lack of caring for the front line associates. These programs only work if there is buy in on the local level. Stand out weekly check-ins were not viewed by manager for months at a time. Asking for help was taboo, raising concerns was a waste of time as it always fell on deaf ears and manager tried to lie and manipulate colleagues to pit them against each other. I tried to make a smooth transition for active projects once I submitted my resignation letter and notice, but Manager refused to review/help. I was treated terribly during that time, which just reinforced that I made the right decision. I was shocked that after well over a decade with the company, I was not even given an exit interview.

Pros

Primarily remote work. Decent PTO after the 4th year.

Cons

Limited staffing and limiting overtime opportunities until the bitter end of potentially missing deadlines, which you are guilted into working. 2% "raise" every January and ZERO merit raises. Gutted profit sharing and profitability bonuses over time. Most recent bonus, which is tied to net profit after dividends, was given a result when the scale was never published. All previous bonuses had a floor-to-ceiling profit scale that showed the targets months in advance of the end of the bonus period.
