*Covid-19 Protocols are lacking. They required employees to use their sick and personal PTO and if the had inadequate balances go without pay. Felt like their policies were always there to meet minimum CDD recommendations and were designed to protect profits of company over people.
*The PTO accrual system requires a long wait before it starts to increase. Wish it had an annual increase even if it was just a couple hours a year rather than the 5 year wait for the first increase
