Pros
Great medical and dental insurance benefits. Cost sharing is fair to both employee and employer.
Cons
Appears to prefer to hire younger college educated individuals rather than working to educate and promote current staff. Long term employees are often paid less than the individual hired for the same job. Terms like "Groom them or broom them" and "Getting rid of Deadwood" employees are bandied about the corporate offices. Shame on you for discounting the skills and experience of long term employees.
