Pros
You are open to implement your ideas Friendly Project Managers (not the company manager) Flexible work hours( but 8 hours mandatory) Fuel and Food Reimbursement was given if you work beyond 8PM, not sure if it's still in place.(Food up to 100 per person) Onsite for Certain Projects.
Cons
No WFH Since IT is not their primary Domain(IT people miss the lack of proper support and recognition) Pay is up to market standards No Perks/Benifits Projects are not that great They would expect for a Quick delivery, even though it is very tight, they would agree for a quick deadline with clients to impress them, so you will end up working late. Good for Freshers (not for experienced) Sometimes you may have to work overnight No In house canteen
