They reward their employees on all levels based on time with the company, sales success and even personal successes. They have incentive programs during shifts, weeks, quarters or years. Their employee support policies are really quite good. They allow maternity and paternity leaves, even for adopted children.
Cons
Working at Waffle House can be real work, on your feet, long hours, poor attitudes from customers and coworkers alike.
