It's a hobby ! Not a job .
Cons
Grill Operators bonuses taken away the week before Christmas ! (Manager states that , "Food cost is too high")! Because all salespeople are new and don't know the prices to charge, or think that they will get a bigger tip by giving the food away, money is taken out of the pockets of their grill operators ! After cooking $100 & $150 over goal every day last week and having no compensation over minimum wage, this is so shameful !! While "slamming" on the grill, we don't have time to audit every ticket & when asked to see or sign salesperson's ticket, they are just not going to give it to you !!!!!
