      Management wants to do right by employees when possible. Open Door Policy at all levels including Ownership They are always looking for ways to improve, and aren't given enough credit COVID pandemic was handled superior compared to competitors Work hard and you will be noticed and rewarded Safety is first in class

      Employees who don't have the same work ethic as others.
